Congratulations to this year's winners!! The West Midlands won five awards out of the 12. The winners were the following:
- Making a Difference (Individual Award); Sheilah Blackwell (South Staffordshire)
- Health and Social Care in Criminal Justice: South Staffordshire PCT
- Information Sharing: Warwickshire Drug and Alcohol Team
- Innovative Commissioning: Penn Hospital (Wolverhampton)
- Innovative Partnerships: LAFS (Worcestershire)
