Out of Sector Placements

The purpose of this project is to support the development of the out of sector placements project recommendations, for improving the standards around the placing, monitoring and review of individuals placed out of sector for treatment of their mental health and learning disabilities issues.
Following a census day study of placements and the publication of a report, working groups developed a set of recommendations for improvement.
This project will work with three out of sector project leads hosted by WMSSA, and a project board to help to implement these recommendations to improve the experience for individuals who are placed out of sector, and their families
