Tom Dodd
Tom Dodd qualified as a Mental Health Nurse in 1991, and has worked in a variety of clinical settings. Following success in forming early Assertive Outreach Teams, he joined the Sainsbury Centre for Mental Health to lead on developing training and service development in Assertive Outreach and other community teams. He has worked with Care Services Improvement Partnership (CSIP) for the last five years developing a number of national programmes, including Primary Care, Community Teams and more recently Dual Diagnosis. He is also the chair of a registered charity (REST, Staffordshire) which provides direct health care and support to agricultural communities. Tom has spoken widely in this country and abroad about his passion for good quality, values driven, equitable services that work with service users and carers alike.
