An evaluation tool for auditing clinical meetings: This focusses on the effective use of staff time in clinica handovers by maximising effective commuicatrion and thereby reducing risks. Whilst this is now available to be utilised by other teams a new guidance pack is being written and should be availabe from Mid August via this webpage. >>more
